MODERN LOFTS IN THE HISTORICAL WARZELNIA
An intimate building - only 67 apartments
The shape of this project was determined by respect for the historical geometry of the WARZELNIA. The historic architecture of the building is dated for 1899. The walls of the WARZHOUSE, after a thorough renovation, will become a part of loft apartments, giving them a unique character.
Modern footbridges leading to the apartments will hang above the patio, which is surrounded by historic walls. The vault will be formed by the skeleton of a preserved historic roof.
The BOHEMA - Strafa Praga complex is a distinctive point on the map of Warsaw. WARZELNIA is located in the central part of the project. Thanks to this, it has direct access to the Square with the Chimney, the bustling heart of BOHEMA. At the same time, the compact buildings guarantee its residents intimacy and calm.
WARZELNIA offers 67 loft-style apartments. They are characterized by a large height of rooms - up to 3.5 m. The apartments include mezzanines, terraces, outdoor gardens on the ground floor and winter gardens.

- Large, aluminum windows with muntins, reflecting the historic nature of the project.
- Door openings to the full height of the rooms in apartments.
- Veneered portals and entrance doors to the apartments.
- Concrete, prefabricated internal window sills.
- Anti-burglary and automatic roller shutters on the ground floor, from the garden side.
- Premium video intercoms.
- Ribbed and tubular heaters in a color matching the window joinery (graphite).
